The Center for Healthcare Reimbursement is a division of IQS Research based in Louisville, KY. Both IQS Research and Center for Healthcare Reimbursement are business entities of Innovative Quality Solutions, Inc.,
a Kentucky corporation. No part of the organization is owned, in whole or in part, by any institution other than those listed above. The ownership of the entire organization resides with three individuals: Shawn Herbig, Cynthia Frentz and Katharina Herbig.
