MAMA knew anecdotally that physicians were having problems with reimbursements. It wasn’t until we enlisted the help of IQS Research that we were able to put facts with these reports. We were so motivated to learn more, that we asked IQS to do a physician satisfaction survey. That was three years ago and things seem to be slowly improving in our area and for our physicians. IQS is now doing a follow-up survey on reimbursements so we can update our statistics and continue to advocate for our physicians. Without the help and support of the surveys and IQS Research we would not be able to offer our members light at the end of the reimbursement tunnel!

The Heuser Clinic and Louisville Youth Training Center and Tap Into Fitness are proud to be associated with such a qualified, highly efficient
group of individuals at IQS who work closely with us to accomplish our goals to measure the success of our fitness and nutrition education program called Tap Into Fitness. Not only have they developed surveys and tracking systems that demonstrate our results, but they are constantly reviewing new ways to obtain more information from the data we obtain. Shawn Herbig has made this a team operation between IQS and Tap Into Fitness. We meet and communicate on a regular basis to discuss other ways to simplify the methods of obtaining the data and to review our progress. It has been a smooth effective working relationship.

We are working toward an effective research study to be completed in the next 2-3 years and we feel strongly the research implemented by IQS will be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of our program.
